First Aid for Mental Health
First Aid for Mental Health Training
In the UK, 1 in 4 people experience a mental health condition each year, and at least 1 in 6 employees are affected by common mental health problems in the workplace. Stress is now one of the leading causes of absence and reduced performance at work.
Our First Aid for Mental Health training gives learners the knowledge and skills to recognise signs of poor mental health, start supportive conversations, and guide individuals towards appropriate help. The course also raises awareness of stigma and discrimination, helping to create a more open and supportive workplace culture.
Delivered across Liverpool, Widnes, Warrington, Cheshire, and the wider North West, this accredited qualification is designed for managers, supervisors, and employees at all levels who want to promote wellbeing and meet their organisation’s duty of care.
