Anti-Ligature Training

Our Anti-Ligature Training course is designed for staff working in environments where there may be a risk of self-harm or suicide. This includes healthcare, mental health services, social care, education, housing, and custodial settings.

The course raises awareness of ligature risks and teaches staff how to recognise potential hazards, respond appropriately, and follow safe intervention procedures. Learners will gain practical knowledge on how to identify ligature points, reduce risks in their workplace, and support individuals in crisis.

Delivered across Liverpool, Widnes, Warrington, Cheshire, and the wider North West, our training helps organisations create safer environments, protect vulnerable individuals, and ensure staff are confident in meeting their safeguarding responsibilities.
